Delicious food and Laughter.....What a chef can bring

Recently Boffi Soho hosted a lovely event for "Di Che Pasta Simamo" where I had a privilege to work with a young talented Italian chef Lapo Querci. He flew into NY just for this night to cook. It was one of the coldest day in NY... I asked him I wanted to take his photos outside with my worry look. He goes "OK, Let's do it!" I was relieved immediately. He can be in game.  The rest of the night was full of delicious Italian dishes including Pizza from Ribalta, beer from 32, wine from Petreto and desserts from Antonio Mattei.
